Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and any pet profiles you create. When you use walk tracking, we collect GPS location data during active walks only.

We also collect standard usage data (device type, browser, pages visited) to improve the service. We use Azure Application Insights for anonymized telemetry.

Your data is used to:

• Provide and improve the Pawzum service
• Display your walk routes and pet health history
• Send reminders and notifications you configure
• Coordinate with team members you explicitly invite

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Your data is shared only with team members you invite and approve. Walk data, pet profiles, and schedules are visible to your team based on the permissions you set.

We use Azure cloud infrastructure (Microsoft) for hosting and storage. Data is stored in encrypted Azure databases and is not shared with any other third parties.

GPS location is collected only during active walk tracking sessions that you explicitly start. Location is never collected in the background. You can delete any walk (and its location data) at any time.

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated statistics may be retained for service improvement.

You can:

• Access all your data via the Settings page export feature
• Correct your information at any time in your profile
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Revoke team member access at any time

We use industry-standard security measures: TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, Azure managed identities (no stored secrets), and regular security audits. All authentication is handled via Azure AD B2C with multi-factor authentication available.
