Terms of Service

By accessing or using Pawzum (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or automated-access the Service without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

You retain ownership of all content you upload (pet photos, walk data, notes). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you share.

When you invite team members, you control what data they can access via role-based permissions. You are responsible for managing access within your team. Removing a member immediately revokes their access.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided for unused time on annual plans only.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

Pawzum is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
